This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on https://nova-sports.store/
(“Nova Sports,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. Order Processing and Cut-Off Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (Central European Time – CET/CEST).
Orders placed before 5:00 PM local time in Switzerland on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed the next business day.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Processing time refers only to order preparation and does not include shipping transit time.
2. Shipping Method and Delivery Time
We offer one shipping method only.
Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery time after processing is 3–8 business days. Total estimated delivery time is 4–10 business days, including processing and transit.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping is FREE
4. Shipping Locations
We ship only within Switzerland.
Orders placed with delivery addresses outside Switzerland will not be fulfilled.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
6. Delivery Issues and Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Nova Sports is not responsible for delivery issues or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
Carrier-related delays are outside of our control.
7. Shipping Refunds
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where an error occurred on our part, such as shipping the wrong item or a confirmed lost shipment caused by our handling.
